Good tart crust recipe for Passover?

Ideally, it would use matzo but not nuts.

I've made this recipe for Passover and have used matzo in place of saltines for the crust:

I have used macaroons (just cheap canned ones, honestly) smushed into a tart crust, and that has been very successful. I have also made tart crusts out of melted butter (or margarine for pareve), matzo meal, a bit of sugar and some ground almonds. You could leave out the nuts. You could also use Passover cookies, and make the equivalent of a graham cracker crust.
