Pretty sure it won't hold together enough for burgers. I had a corned beef hash "patty" this morning at a local cafe, where the corned beef was combined with potatoes (probably mashed) and some onions. Maybe you could do something like that?

Very unlikely it would hold together as a patty; you could do something along the lines of a sloppy joe or pulled pork (or pulled beef) sandwich.
