Is there a spice ratio per lb of Fried Chicken?

Can you put too much spices? 1 TSP of one spice per lb? Of course you spice before flouring and put spice in the flour.

To me it's a matter of taste. Yes, you can put too much spice, so it's better to be caution and do a bit less initially. You can always add a shake or two right after it's done cooking.
