A question about a recipe: Boozy Watermelon Rosemary Lemonade:

I made the rosemary simple syrup but i don't think i used enough rosemary. Can I reboil and infuse more rosemary into it? Or do i have to start over?

I think you should be fine if you add some more rosemary.. if you want you can infuse some separately in a lot less water (more potent) and then add to original.

Or you could always add more rosemary to each drink.
