I have a question about the recipe "Lapsang Souchong Cured King Salmon with Ginger Lime Cream Cheese" from QueenSashy. What tea can I used other than Lapsang Souchong (I have other kinds but running out of this one *sigh*)?

If you have Earl Grey, it works well too. It will be a different flavor profile, but in a good kind of way.

Lapsang Souchong has such a smoky flavor profile. I think that no matter what you should substitute a very strong, full-flavored black tea, but you won't get the same smokiness as you would with the Lapsang Souchong. Good luck!
