A question about a recipe: Zucchini Involtini with Swiss Chard & Ricotta

I have a question about the recipe "Zucchini Involtini with Swiss Chard & Ricotta" from Alexandra Stafford. Can this be served succesfully at room temp for a picnic?

Yes! I think these are actually fantastic at room temperature. The lemon flavor in the filling, which is so good, is more pronounced at room temperature.
