It might be tasty but unsafe.
Clemson Univ co-operative extension says it is best to throw out soft cheese that has been more than 4 hours at room temperature.
(This is not a manufacturer guide for recommended optimal flavor, rather the recommendations of two university food safety specialists.)
So this Burrata, whether you call it soft or semi-soft, has been out SIX TIMES as long as safety specialists recommend.
