Baking for a vegan: would it be possible to swap out the two eggs for two ripe bananas? Thanks!

Have you tried a flax or chia egg (I tbs of either of the ground seed, combined with 3 tbs of water, then let it sit in the fridge for 5 minutes, or so)? They work typically well.
