A question, How much SALT & WATER would I require to boil 1 Kg (2.20462 pounds) of chicken

If you are making soup, use about 1 liter per 1/2 kg of chicken.
If you are braising the chicken, use that or lesser amount.
Taste in salt varies tremendously. You can omit it entirely and salt the dish when eating. Or start with 1 tsp for the whole pot, and adjust (add more if desired) at the end of the boiling.
PS Make that 5 gram or 5 ml of salt, if you are operating in metric.

Depends upon what you are going to do with the chicken once it's boiled. It would be helpful if you could be more specific.
