Sounds good to me. Maybe make a simple pan sauce using the Worcestershire.
So I tried just sprinkling some on both sides of the chops. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. It has potential to be pretty good with some other seasoning tweaking (just did salt, pepper and garlic.
