double oven

i have a double oven. top is smaller than bottom. which is better to use for a butterflied turkey.

You'll probably want to use the larger oven! Never a good idea to crowd a turkey - it needs room to brown and cook evenly!

Bigger oven agreed, use the small one for the sides
