I made 2 pecan pies from The Pie and Pastry Bible and they are perfect! The Lyle's Golden Syrup is the ticket!

Lyle's Golden Syrup is a great product....glad to know it works so well in pecan pie. (I've used and liked it in gingerbread and chutneys.)
