This pie has been in the oven about 50 mins turned down at 30 to 350. I can't tell if its done. The top still moves a bit if I move the dish but t... is no liquid. Is that normal or does it need more time

Is it moving as a solid mass? Then yes! The saying is it should jiggle like Jell-O, not like a wave in the ocean (or something like that).
