These also go by the name Bungeoppange in Korea. Traditional filling is sweet adzuki bean filling. I have not made them. Here is a video of how to make them https://www.youtube.com...
If you have an Japanese or Korean grocery store where you live you can find it there. You can buy it on amazon but it is much more expensive on amazon. Good luck.
