Taiyaki/Japanese Fish-Shaped Waffles with Fillings

Has anyone made Taiyaki? Which pan is best to use and where did you find it? Any ideas for fillings? Thanks

These also go by the name Bungeoppange in Korea. Traditional filling is sweet adzuki bean filling. I have not made them. Here is a video of how to make them https://www.youtube.com...

If you have an Japanese or Korean grocery store where you live you can find it there. You can buy it on amazon but it is much more expensive on amazon. Good luck.
