I have an egg bake recipe that call fir beung in the ocen 1 hour @350. I want to leave in for 2 hours while we go to morning worship. Can I reduce temp ny half and leave in 2xs longer?
It may be possible, but the formula won't be as simple as that. You would have to be careful at very low temperatures of bacteria being able to grow.
Or partially bake beforehand, put eggs in fridge, then finish when you come home.
