Do you think the falafel mixture from Joan Nathan's Falafel (http://www.epicurious.com...) could be made ahead and frozen?
You *could* but you'll lose the fresh taste of them a little and the spices might lose their taste as well. If you plan to eat them within 1-2 days of making(/frying) them then just refrigerate. But if you want to save for a much later time, then try out a test batch?
