My Mom used Pastene (brand) California Sherry in her "famous" brisket recipe. I have not been able to find it for awhile and was wondering if anyone had heard of it and could suggest a substitution. Thanks!

Any dry sherry should work fine. Pastene is available from liquorstore-online.com
