New stainless steel skillet

Never had one. What would be a fun first thing to cook in it?!? Does it need to be seasoned or anything prior to first use?

I actually learned some new things about stainless steel, too! As for recipes, pan-searing anything is always a good bet for a fast, flavorful meal. Maybe pan-seared porkchops with a mustardy-herb crust, rosemary, apples, and so,e baked potatoes? Or sub in a hearty veg, like portobello mushrooms, to make it vegetarian. Hope this helps!
