I forgot to boil my bow tie pasta before putting my casserole together

what if I don't cover it?....does it take longer??? I have also made this mistake...

Add some stock or water to the casserole so that the liquid comes almost to the top of the ingredients and cover it (lid/aluminum foil) while baking it. It may take longer than usual to bake, but the pasta will soak up the extra liquid and cook at the same time.
