I was making peach pie. The 3 lbs of peaches did not yield much "meat" for the filling. I have frozen black berries and fresh red raspberries. Help?

Thanks! I had to go ahead with pie before you were able to respond. I defrosted the black berries, drained off liquid, and added vanilla and nutmeg and lemon zest. Made peach-berry syrup from drained off juices. Fingers crossed.

Peaches and berries are a classic combo.  It's going to make a fab pie.  Add them in and accent with vanilla extract or a dash of Nutmeg.  Yum.
