I have a question about the recipe "Mango Fool" from Imogen Kwok. What sort of mangoes do you use? My favorite are Ataulfo, but I think Tommy Atkins are most common.

I think Ataulfos are sweeter, juicier, and have a better texture. But they are harder for me to find. Costco carries Ataulfos regularly.

I find them regularly in Chinese, Indian and Korean markets (Toronto). Perhaps available in similar markets near you.
