Ballarini pan size decision

Hi. I am deciding between 10 and 12 inch size of Ballarini nonstick pan. What old be the best size for frittata? Thank you, Carol

Depending on how many people you'd like to feed, the 11" would probably be best for you! The 12.5" Ballarini is quite large and would make a frittata to feed around 8-10 people.
