I was wondering if putting custard in something like banana bread is possible? If it I was also wondering how you would go about doing it.

Nancy is a trusted home cook.
Bake a regular banana bread recipe as 9x9" pan or muffins.
When cooled, cut portions (square or muffin) horizontally.
Layer with custard, berries and optional whipped cream.
2 more suggestions/variations:
• lemon curd instead of vanilla custard
• ice cream instead of whipped cream as a garnish
