Binder for Chicken Burger? No egg!
I'm trying to make a chicken burger that is moist, flavorful, and a little spicy. I am allergic to egg and was thus wondering what should I use to bind the meat (if needed)? Are breadcrumbs a good alternative? What are they good for? Also, is there anything I should add to ensure a great chicken burger? I will get ground chicken to make the patty.
