Yum, I love, love farro. I have made Jennifer Perillo's Summer Farro Salad several times and really adore it, but I will have to try some of the other farro recipes listed on Food 52. http://www.food52.com/recipes/search?recipe_search=farro

Farro I can say to add to this: try making a soup with it in good broth. As they do in Italy.
