Yes, absolutely! I made them into bars a few years ago, and I'm pretty sure I used a 9x9in pan (not 100% sure though...you want them to be about 1-1.5 in thick) Just line the pan with parchment or foil, and bake at 325 F until the edges are golden brown and the center is cooked through. You'll lose the nice contrast between crispy edge and chewy center in each little cookie, but you'll save time baking in a pan!
