Making brisket in advance
I'm making a brisket on Saturday to serve on Wednesday night; I'm only making it so far in advance because I'll be busy every other day and won't have time to make it. Is it ok if the brisket stays in the fridge for those 4 days? Should I put it in the freezer just to be safe? My guess is it will be fine but I really don't want to take any chances.
