I have a question about the recipe "Red Wine Brownies" from Grant Melton. Can I use any other typical for the '8 oz dark chocolate chips,' which i don't normally have on hand but have bars of unsweetened, bittersweet, etc.?

I'd sub the chocolate chips with 8 ounces of your bittersweet bars. Chop coarsely if you want it to melt faster.
