Mixing chocolate types for fudge

I have several flavors/types of chocolate and I would like to make a batch of fudge. I am wondering which kinds I can mix together for fudge. List of chocolate: 1 4oz bar of Ghirardelli milk chocolate, 1 4oz bar of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet chocolate, 11 oz bag of Ghirardelli white chips and 10oz bag of 53% cacao Nestle Dark chocolate chips.
I don't care for fudge made from the white chips alone it is way to sweet.

Tamera, I don't know how much chocolate your fudge recipe calls for, but I would say, yes, of course, go ahead and mix chocolate types! I would use the dark chocolate chips and the bar of 60% cacao, only adding the milk chocolate if necessary.

You could melt the white chocolate chips in as well, but if it were me, I'd add those white chocolate chips after mixing the fudge and letting it cool enough so that it doesn't melt the chocolate chips. Those little white dots of sweetness against the dark chocolate in the fudge would be delightful.

This all sounds so delicious, making me want to go make some fudge right now! ;o)
