Help. My husband bought a gorgeous beef loin but i am making a brisket. If i let cook a long time will it be ok?

Unless you want shoe leather, find a recipe for beef tenderloin and make that instead. Or freeze the piece your husband bought to use later and go out and buy a brisket.
