Dhal ghost with potatoes

I have a tried and tested recipes for dhal ghost cooked with a pressure cooker. I want to add potatoes. Is it a good idea?

Should be ok.  But I would add the potatoes towards the end or  potatoes will be mushy, unless that's what you are aiming for.
