Opinions on Lydia Bastianich’s Bolognese in slow cooker?

If you want to make this bolognese in a slow cooker, leave out the water; you are not going to need it. A slow cooker does not allow for a lot of evaporation, unless you don't cover. I think that the recipe can be cooked in the slow cooker with a few tweaks, like not adding any water (there's plenty of liquid from the tomatoes). Good luck!
