Need reliable recipe for vegan, gluten-free cornbread.

Does anyone have a tried-tested-and-true recipe for vegan gluten-free cornbread?

I can find recipes for vegan cornbread, and for gluten-free cornbread, but not for vegan and gluten-free.

(Don't need it immediately: am doing some planning for a Christmas party.)

I think there might be some mixes. Sometimes thats easier than buying bunch of ingredients you won't use again. I know ive used a gluten free mix which was pretty good. One other idea is to check a box of gluten free cornmeal & see if theres a recipe.

Caveat: I haven't actually tried this. But I've made dozens of their recipes and have been happy with all, without exception. Good luck!
