- I find that those two flavors are both independently strong and bold, and I personally prefer a contrast of bold/mild. Beets and blue cheese are lovely together, and if I had to pick a cheese to go with orange, I'd pick goat. But it's really up to you; if your taste leans more acidic, then it could be worth a shot.
