can it be made the day before and reheated day of or will the fluff be ruined?

What's in the fluff -- marshmallow? If so, I'd suggest making the casserole up to the point of adding the fluff. Tomorrow, reheat the casserole (covered, 300) and once it's hot, remove the cover, add the fluff and finish the recipe. Sound reasonable?
