Good.
Then remove from oven, cool completely at room temp.
Next put in airtight metal or plastic container.
I was taught (by Cordon Bleu trained teacher) to leave at room temp before adding the whipped cream & fruit.
More recent experiments by Cooks Illustrated show you can store it in any of room temp, fridge or freezer as long as you follow the hour-long oven cool down, room temp cool down & air tight packing.
If after serving you have some left with cream and fruit/veg, yes refrigerate for about a day.
