I put 20# pork shoulder in my roaster at 150degrees instead of 250 over night. 12 hrs. I'm guessing I should toss but hoping for a different answer!

I say no, if it's not done inside you can raise to 250 and finish cooking it. Hope others will also comment to be sure. Don't discard yet! You can do an internet search on low temp roasting. I don't think its a problem as long as you get the internal temp to the safe zone.
