Hi Nathalie, you can use greek yogurt as a substitute - just add a little vanilla extract and a little powdered sugar to the greek yogurt. Start by adding small quantities, then taste and adjust as necessary.

I use honey on my plain yogurt. I think that would be excellent in place of vanilla. Vanilla yogurt is sweetened so I think honey would add sweetness and flavor.
