I was gifted a pack of fancy-looking gelatin sheets ("super premium European") and have no idea what to do with them. There's a lot of recipes out there but what's your favorite way to use gelatin?

I add gelatin to the milk when heating it for homemade yogurt so I don’t have to strain it.
