I have a question about the recipe "Holiday Cut-Out Cookies" from Amanda Hesser. I’m looking for a cookie dough to roll into breadstick shape and sprinkle with colored sugar. Sugar or spice. Would this dough work?

Hi Lynn, these are at their best when they're very thin, 1/8-inch thick, so unless you're making very thin breadstick shapes, I might not recommend this recipe for that use.
