Cooking a prime rip at two different temps

Most of us like a perfect medium rare prime rib but we have a few coming to dinner that like it well done. What is the best way to get them the well done they want without micrcowaving the meat

ARe you making the whole roast? The end cuts will be more well done . You could also cut the end ribs off and finish them in the broiler.
