Do all these Indian items (bread pakora, spring roll, potato tikki, ban tikki, bhature and kulcha) consider as junk food or not?

I would consider all those items things that should be eaten in moderation.

I certainly wouldn't consider tikkis, pakoras, or bhatura healthy. They're deep fried. It's why they're so good.

First a few things:
- Spring roll is not Indian, its more Asian.... if you confused it with samosa then I can understand.
- Bhatura & kulcha are breads that accompaniments for daals and subhzi dishes (mains)
- any type of pakoras and tikkis can be eaten as appetizers or snacks

So no, any of the above can't be considered as pure "junk food"
