I'd like to reheat pork chops for dinner and make baked potatoes to go with them at what oven temp can i do this?

I like to reheat meat like that cut by bringing to room team & reheat under the broiler. Just watch it carefully.
Pork chops have an unfortunate tendency to be dry, even when carefully cooked. I don't know of any way to avoid further drying with reheating. This may or may not help you, but I'd make hash: Chop the pork, saute with onions and potatoes until crispy and top with an egg.
