Baking Pork chops in the oven?

How can i ensure that my pork chops brown in the oven. I've done it before and its grayish or white. They are not thick pork chops.

They're not apt to brown in the oven unless the oven is at a high temperature, which may result in overcooked chops. You could sear them for a minute on each side on the stove top and then finish them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or so. That should provide some color.
