I NEED THE name of soup by giving the recipe

One bag of small shell noodles , with a little oil in a pan, then in a “black lava stone” you mix , whole peppers then smash them into powder, then smash some “cummon” seeds, smash some garlic, some diced tomatoes and mix the salsa into the noodles then poor water in the pan then last some beef bolion .
