I have a question about the recipe "Curried Crab and Scallop Bites with Curry and Lime Mayo" from hardlikearmour. do you think this recipe would freeze well and at what point would i want to do so? After frying?

Since the bites are mayo-based I wouldn't recommend freezing them, at least not before cooking--freezing does funny things to emulsifications. You might be able to get away with freezing them after cooking, but I wouldn't count on it.
