While you await a response from Food52 store staff, you might want to consider alternatives from the competition.

Le Creuset Dutch oven capacities: 1, 2, 2.75, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 7.25, 9, 13.25 quarts
Lodge Dutch oven (cast iron) capacities: 1, 2, 5, 7, 9 quarts
Lodge Dutch oven (enamel) capacities: 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5 quarts

I'm sure other brands have similar offerings.

For more than ten years I've owned one of the larger enamel Lodge Dutch ovens, an excellent value.

I did a cursory Internet search and it appears that the 3.75 quart French oven from Staub is the largest one marketed here in the USA.

Hopefully for your benefit, I am wrong, but that's what the search engine seems to indicate.
