Maserated melons have turn into a thick syrup. Is it still good?
I do a maserated melon and green apple topping for a green tea pastry cream crepe cake. The sugars in the maserated fruit has turned into a thick syrup. Is it still good?

Still good tasting - if within the 5 days, have a taste.
Use as syrup or part of a smoothie or fruit salad.
Or freeze.
