how to write on a tart

I have to write a message on a lemon tart. What kind of icing should i use?

I would opt for chocolate. I have used it in the past to write on custard tarts and pies very successfully.

Also vote for chocolate.
Another idea: some people write the message on a light cookie disc and place it atop the tart or cake so honored can remove and take home.
