There was no mention of buying and converting whole anise seed to grinding/crushing it. Is there an equivalent for this?

A teaspoon of whole anise seed will make about a teaspoon once ground, so you should be ok using the same measurement for whole or ground.
Thank you! Never expected an answer so promptly!
